Tim Jackson |

 |
Tim is the Managing Partner of Booz Allen ANZSEA holding responsibility for operations in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia across both the Corporate and Public sectors and leads the firm’s operations practice. Tim has over 15 years experience with Booz Allen, consulting primarily to industrial clients in the areas of change management, strategy, and operations improvement. During his time with Booz Allen, Tim has led major transformational change engagements across the steel, mining, aluminium, consumer, banking, insurance and airline industries.

Klaus Boehncke |

Klaus has nine years experience in strategic top management consulting with Booz Allen in Europe. Based originally in the Berlin office, Klaus relocated to Sydney in 2007 and specialises in business applications of information technology focused on process improvements, customer care and large scale program implementation. He is an expert in the area of networked healthcare and smartcards, having worked on strategies for smartcard manufacturers, providers of electronic health records and the German health card ("Gesundheitskarte") project. His client focus lies with Government agencies and departments as well as the insurance and financial services sectors.

Ian Buchanan |

Ian is an experienced strategy consultant, board member and senior advisor with more than 30 years of leadership and advisory experience in setting and executing large scale strategic change agendas. His experience includes consulting to major companies, state enterprise and governments throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific.
Ian joined Booz Allen in South-East Asia in 1994 as lead partner and was subsequently elected to Chairman. In this capacity he led the development and restructuring of several of the largest client accounts in the region across a range of countries and sectors. In 2005, Ian moved into an advisory role and now has positions on Australian, Asian and global boards and advisory councils including Australia’s leading insurance company, a large national law firm and one of the country’s most respected business schools.

Peter Burns |

Peter leads Booz Allen’s Service Operations practice for the region. He has more than 13 years experience consulting to business leaders throughout Australia, Asia and the UK in retail and commercial banking, insurance, wealth management and government departments. Peter focuses on aligning the operational model – network configuration, sales and service processes and performance management – to the organisation strategy.

Sarah Butler |

Sarah specialises in financial services. She has over 15 years consulting experience in helping clients to improve performance through new strategic direction, operations improvement and organisation change. She leads our insurance practice and focuses on strategy-led organisation transformation.

Arthur Calipo |

 |
In his 11 years with the firm, Arthur has worked for a variety of financial institutions across projects such as transformation programs, process redesign, strategy development and implementation, market understanding, business assessment and organisational model definition. He is currently working with one of the largest banks in South East Asia to redesign the end-to-end lending process for all business customers (from SMEs to large corporations), including distribution, credit approval and processing activities in order to achieve a significant improvement in customer service.

Simon leads our Melbourne Office as well as being responsible for Booz Allen’s Consumer and Media sector in the ANZSEA region. He has over 18 years of senior management and consulting experience specializing in business strategy, corporate restructuring, organizational effectiveness and mergers and acquisitions for leading Asia Pacific clients in the consumer goods, media, retail, industrial products and logistics sectors.

Jonathan Harrison |

Jonathan leads the customer analytics practice within the ANZSEA region. His work includes helping clients in service related industries (including telecoms, financial institutions, airlines/hotels, subscription media, and others) understand the current and lifetime profitability of each customer and how to improve profitability on an individual customer basis. Improvement strategies include developing highly segmented operating models for clients’ product development, sales channel, pricing, and customer service divisions. Jonathan has over 15 years experience designing and implementing tiered operating models across a range of industries in the Australian, New Zealand, North American, and European markets.

Bernadette Howlett |

Bernadette specialises in sales and marketing in the financial services sector. She has over 15 years’ experience in senior sales and marketing roles including working in the consumer products industry for multinational corporations. Bernadette’s most recent work has included developing and implementing a multi-channel referral optimisation program, and development of market entry strategies for a range of organisations which incorporated identification of organisational structure and governance modelling.

Michele Huey |

Michele has over nine years of consulting experience with the firm. She supports clients in a wide range of programs from market entry and growth strategy, end-to-end process redesign, credit and product architecture to operations transformation. Michele is primarily focused on helping clients in the financial services and energy sectors, across Australia and the South-East Asian region.

Andrew Johnstone-Burt |

Andrew is a leader of the firm's Civil Government and IT consulting practices. He has over 13 years consulting experience in management and IT consulting firms, building upon his earlier work for the Australian Defence Force and the British Royal Navy. Andrew works in partnership with his clients to provide advice on key issues including business strategy, organisational change management, process reengineering, and implementation of enabling technology.

Eric Keys |

Eric specialises in bringing together technical disciplines including engineering, economics, finance, urban planning and social science to create innovative and practical transport solutions, working throughout Australia, Asia and Europe. He has over 20 years experience in designing, developing and operating urban transport systems, as well as strategic land use and transport planning, transport systems development, commercialisation of urban and rail transport, and operational improvement.

Chris Manning |

Chris heads up the firm’s strategy practice. Chris has been a consultant for over 10 years following a successful legal career, and has experience in a range of industries gained through working in Europe, the United States, Asia as well as Australia.
Chris’ work in strategy covers the airline industry, financial services, consumer products, health and energy. Most of his work focuses on helping clients redefine their purpose and strategic positioning in the face of changing industry structures and dynamics. He also works with clients to maximise shareholder value by developing innovative growth strategies and through the development of market-back campaigns designed to achieve sustainable advantage for clients across the value chain.

John leads the ANZSEA energy practice, and specialises in strategy and business performance improvement assignments in the oil and gas sector. John has led a large number of strategy assignments for oil and gas clients in the Asia Pacific region. He has worked with leading international oil companies, national oil companies, independent oil companies and governments. His work includes exploration strategy development, business unit and asset growth strategies, country and market entry strategies, strategy implementation and operating unit performance improvement.

Len Neist |

Len leads our assurance and resilience functional capability, following a distinguished career in the Royal Australian Air Force. He has been instrumental in the establishment and growth of the defence and strategic security business for Booz Allen as well as promotion of assurance and technology innovation in rail systems. Len is a senior engineer experienced in all aspects of technology management and systems assurance, together with policy development and strategic analysis. He is an accomplished facilitator of risk analysis, and in recognition of his skills in risk and assurance was appointed to the Advisory Board of the NSW Independent Transport Safety & Reliability Regulator.

Branko leads our Information Technology practice for the region. He has a specific focus on helping clients develop their strategic plans and lead their IT transformation programs with emphasis on business alignment, portfolio management, effective organisational change, IT architecture, cost effective technology delivery and operational efficiency. He has over 20 years of senior IT management and consulting experience, and has worked with leading blue-chip corporations, as well as servicing Fortune 500 companies within the financial services and telecommunications sectors in Australia, South Korea, New Zealand and the USA.

Victoria leads the Organisational Change Practice within the ANZSEA region. Victoria has extensive experience of working within professional consulting organisations as well as having held a number of operational and general management positions within industry. Her range of experiences span strategy development, business transformation, change management, transition management, M&A activity, new ventures, multinational ERP & CRM systems implementation, risk management and project management. Victoria works with clients supporting them in the realisation of their vision and goals.

Marion leads the telecommunications and healthcare practices for the ANZSEA region. Marion has over 13 years of international consulting experience, working for various Booz Allen offices around the globe (London, Frankfurt, Sydney). Recently, her work for government agencies has been focused primarily on leading large scale transformations and change programs to improve organisational effectiveness.

Mark Streeting |

Mark leads the transport practice, and has over 20 years' transport experience. Before joining Booz Allen, he gained a broad range of experience working as a transport economist with the Bureau of Transport Economics, the Commonwealth Department of Transport, London Underground Limited and Travers Morgan. Within the public transport area, he has particular consultancy expertise in the areas of fares and ticketing, demand analysis and forecasting, public transport funding, economic and financial evaluation, policy analysis and market research.

Dave Vrancic |

Dave is a member of the defence and strategic security leadership team. He has over 20 years of international consulting experience in technology management, system engineering and integration, software acquisition and logistics, program management, and vendor selection and oversight in the government, defence and aerospace sectors.
Dave is a highly experienced provider of strategic direction to large projects, a trusted advisor to senior executives, and has also conducted detailed technical reviews of high-risk project issues.

Vanessa Wallace |

Vanessa leads the financial services practice and has held multiple governance roles at the highest level within Booz Allen's global partnership. With over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector, her strategy work has included agenda-setting programs across multiple industries including steel, water, consumer products, health care, insurance, wealth management and banking. Across these industries, Vanessa has helped clients address themes such as portfolio strategy, business unit strategies, strategic risk management, governance, organisation leadership, and performance management. In particular, she has helped numerous clients realise their strategic agendas by helping them build capabilities and manage transformational change to affect bottom line results across their lines of business and value chains.

Claudia has over 15 years of international consulting experience, with her client work touching all aspects of enterprise-wide strategy, operations and organisation. Prior to consulting Claudia worked in research and development and marketing for leading pharmaceutical companies. Her international consulting experience includes comprehensive strategic sourcing engagements with a focus on services and contract manufacturing, business transformations of Fortune 500 companies, post-merger integration including product portfolio rationalisation and project management to include strategy realignment and restructuring.

Tony Wessling |

Tony joined Booz Allen 10 years ago after completing undergraduate studies in Engineering at the University of Queensland. In this time, he has worked in both the Australian and UK offices and has completed an MBA at Harvard University. Tony is part of the Financial Services and Civil Government practices specialising in strategy, and has helped clients across a broad range of strategic and operational transformations.

Robert Williams |

Robert is responsible for Booz Allen’s defence and transport practices. His responsibilities include executive oversight of a broad range of public sector technology and transformation assignments across both defence and civil government. Many of the former have been classified programs.
Robert has worked on consulting assignments for numerous government and private sector organisations in Australia and New Zealand and over the last twenty years has worked on assignments in Russia, India, Indonesia, Brazil, Mexico and the UK. In the last 10 years, Robert has led a number of industry shaping engagements working directly with public sector senior executives and reporting directly to Ministers.
