Booz Allen is a private company with corporate headquarters in McLean, Virginia. Dr Ralph Shrader is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the firm — the seventh chairman since the firm’s founding in 1914. Tim Jackson is Managing Director of the Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia (ANZSEA) region.
 
ANZSEA presence

In ANZSEA, Booz Allen has been advising clients throughout since 1987. Our regional operation is a fully integrated business which operates under a single management system. With seven offices in three countries, Booz Allen maintains its regional headquarters in Sydney, through which all operations across ANZSEA are managed. 

We have worked on significant, large scale and high impact assignments for the region’s major corporations and government organisations. We combine our extensive global experience with local knowledge and understanding to ensure our clients receive optimum solutions.

About our name

Booz Allen takes its name from the three founding partners - Edwin Booz, James Allen, and Carl Hamilton. In 2001, we updated the firm’s name worldwide dropping the punctuation between the founders' names. The correct name of our global firm is Booz Allen Hamilton, and the short form of Booz Allen is also commonly used.
